We are making important steps for our classrooms to be authentic learning spaces. The continuous formation of our teachers is crucial to make our digital education project solid.
In this sense , on the 7th of August 2021 from NASCO Feeding Minds we gave 7 teachers from our classrooms certificates, the first ones to have graduated from the Cisco Networking Academy. The formation they have received has been useful to receive certifications in IT essentials, which guarantees the basic professional abilities in Technology of Information.
NASCO Feeding Minds in Ghana has become an official NetAcad centre (Cisco Networking Academy) thus being able to form its own teachers. Once certified,the teachers can form and certify new students hence expanding the range of titled technicians with certifications recognized in the sector worldwide.
With the teachers training programme (training of trainers) we take a giant leap when it comes to bringing in young talents to the labour market in the TIC environment.
But the formation doesn’t end here , during these months of September and October the formation sessions have been retaken,this time to specialize in network environments.
