SUMBO HOUSE
It has been necessary to build a NASCO headquarters to accommodate teachers and volunteers, have storage space for materials for all projects, and additional space for the new projects we have in mind.
The first rock
In 2017 we launched the construction of the NASCO base camp. After several difficulties we got a collaboration with Rotary Barcelona Center to start the project and we laid the first stone. During this time we have built the first floor of the central building. Right now we are in the process of building the second floor.
objectives
Adequate accommodation
Provide rest and accommodation for volunteers, project teachers and for the person who will take care of the house throughout the year.
Multipurpose room
Open a specific room for the honey cooperative. This space will be exclusively for the more than 50 women that make up the cooperative.
Storage space
Have a safe space for storage and maintenance of computer materials in the classrooms.
Generate income
Generate extra income for the development of NASCO projects. Volunteer payment for accommodation will go towards these projects.

Open the doors of the headquarters in summer 2020.
