His name is Basil David and he is 25 years old. He met the NASCO NGO Feeding Minds in 2012, when he was in college. When he finished Senior High School, and after having been able to learn Computer Science in one of the NASCO classrooms that the school where he was studying benefited from, he decided to study at a School of Visual Arts and start a business.

Finally he created his own studio. David was sure that he did not want to work for any government institution, he wanted to start and found his own business in order to live and support himself.

When he first met NASCO in 2012, he was able to use a computer for the first time and see the opportunities it offered. Thanks to this, the idea of creating his own studio emerged and he wanted to specialize in “computer graphics” (product design with a computer, that is, graphic design). To do this, he needed to master the computer, and thanks to the knowledge he received in the NASCO classrooms, he was able to do so.

His business consists of designing using a computer and then putting his designs on products such as t-shirts or banners. NASCO changed many things in his life, mainly it gave him computer knowledge and taught him how to operate a computer, since Senior High School does not provide this type of education. Thanks to NASCO, he had the necessary foundations to be able to study and end up being a graphic designer.
